When an American company in Spain passes a no smoking in the office rule,
Ramirez decides he is not happy with having to leave the building when he wants
to take a drag. He petitions the company to give the smokers an empty
office to make their ‘smoking room’ but when he tries to collect
signatures from his fellow smokers, he finds an unexpected series of
excuses. This is Spanish comedy was a hit in its native country, but the
themes and quirky comedy are just as relevant in the US with similar rules being
passed in many major cities.
