Robert Rodriguez’s half of Grindhouse is presented here in a full, extended, unrated cut. Basically, you have a potpourri of classic grindhouse motifs – zombies, strippers, balls in a jar (uhm, ok, maybe that one isn’t so classic) and lots and lots of guns and explosions – all thrown together into one gleeful film that never apologizes for what it is all the while taking the viewer on a roller coaster ride of action, horror and humor. Highly recommended.
