Two young girls camping in a wooded area just about outside Los Angeles are violently abducted by two unknown thugs, and are brought to an underground location somewhere in the heart of sleazy Hollywood, California. They are to became the newest “merchandise” for sale by Jack Valentino. Jack Valentino (Neil Delama – “Feast”, “The Summoned”), a renegade Special Forces sergeant now turned white slaver, has moved his operation to Los Angeles. Soon girls are disappearing from all parts of L.A. They are being prepared as sex slaves for his boss, Delambre (Don Stroud – “The Buddy Holly Story”, “License to Kill”), an international distributor in the flesh trade. The L.A. Vice Squad becomes involved when the sister of Detective Darleen Paxton is abducted. Against the orders of Captain Jameson (Joe Estevez – “Soul Taker”, “L.A. Goddess”), Paxton and her partner Det. Mac Williamson set out on the trail of Valentio’s operation.
The slavers prove to be more dangerous and elusive than the police expect. With the time running out and Valentio’s “preparation and training” of the girls near completion, Darleen knows the only way to find the slavers is to set herself up as a target for them. She poses as an easy “pick-up” at the same club where the sister was abducted. Valentino’s men take the bait and abduct Darleen with Mac tailing her. But Darleen’s cover is soon blown and now it’s up to Mac to rescue her without getting her killed.
