An important announcement from DiabolikDVD!
From 11/2 to 11/9 we will be “closed” for vacation. We will be back to semi-regular business on 11/10 but return to full strength on Monday 11/12/18. This is a much needed refresh from what is basically our Christmas season that rolls right into the real Christmas season !
What does this mean for you?
If you order during this time you can expect your order to be delayed. We are still going to be packing boxes and doing our best to get them out the door to some extent but mostly orders will being flowing out the door on a regular basis with our postal pick-up on 12th.
We will still be answering email questions as best as possible, but we won’t be able to answer some questions until we return (does this have a slipcover? did you receive my money order? etc.) If you have a problem, we will take make sure to get back to you with an answer but probably not as quickly as usual. We also ask that you please don’t resend the email or copy it to one of our other email addresses. All email filter to the same box so doing this will just clog up our response time.
Other than that, you can still enjoy the same shopping experience on the site as usual. New inventory won’t be updated, but we will have 1000s of titles for you to choose from and enjoy that will arrive safe to your door with only a short delay, a little patience and a wish that your heart makes.
