The last wish of the dying “Monk” is for his foster child, Harald, to find his real son, Ludvig. But the latter is currently in a Swedish prison cell. Peter and Martin, HaraldÂ’s two chef cohorts, assist in an elaborate and daring escape and soon have father and son reunited. Harald and Ludvig get on from the word go, and both unite to raise the funds for their fatherÂ’s liver transplant. Everything goes wrong when they try to rob a bank and are forced to take an unhinged bank patron, Mille, hostage. In a last-ditch effort to save their father, the boys plan one last caper but will they pull it off in time?
