The Shunned House is based on an H.P. Lovecraft tale and mixes the
stories of three people who all died within the confines of a dark, isolated and
abandoned chateau. Each story is taken from a different time and overlaps and
mixes with each other as they combine to reveal the House's dark past to a young
couple: a journalist specialising in the paranormal, and his sceptic girlfriend.
A series of gory and violent deaths are portrayed as the House slowly, but
inexorably, reveals its terrifying secrets.
