Co-directed by the great Agust Villaronga (In a Glass Cage), Aro Tolbukhinin the Mind of a Killer blends a fake documentary with fictionalized accounts torecount the story of serial killer Aro Tolbhukhin who killed over 20 peopleincluding 15 pregnant women in the early 80's. Tracing his mentalillness back to his childhood in Budapest and then detailing murders perpetratedin rural Guatemala in the 1980s, the film engages the viewer and drags them downinto Aro's madness creating a disturbing and unsettling cinema experience.
