Three drug-addled, dysfunctional and disabled punk rock misfits are looking for a drummer. They approach Dries, a well known writer and local celebrity, the only problem is that he can t play the drums - a fact that appeals to the band s anarchic sensibilities. Fascinated by these maladjusted miscreants, Dries joins the group. His arrival awakens the personal disputes and family feuds latent in the band.
