The fun begins in Miami with rookie cop Dave Speed (Terence Hill) who tires
to deliver a ticket to an out and out on the way home in the swamplands. Once he
gets there he is accidentally nuked and develops all sorts of superpowers! Now
he can see around corners, avoid accidents in traffic, move a driver-less truck,
make billiard balls roll without a cue, race up 20 flights of stairs in 20
seconds, run as fast as a car. He can even catch bullets with his teeth! Ernest
Borgnine co-stars.
