Spanish director Alex de la Iglesia (Day of the Beast and Commonwealth) once again strikes gold with his unique blend of drama, action and dark humor. 800 Bullets tells the tale of a boy who runs away to find his father, only to discover he is the "leader" of a group of has-been stuntmen who run a wild west stunt show and can not let go of their fleeting fame as stuntmen and stand ins for the Spaghetti Westerns that once filmed in their country. When the boy's mother discovers where he has gone, she sets out to destroy the show any way she can. Wild, madcap and most of all, a ton of fun.
