Region 3 Hong Kong DVD of the great new Japanese horror movie UZUMAKI. Imagine an entire town cursed by the image of a spiral. Now imagine characters eventually succumbing to the will of the spiral, which, of course, causes them to die in some hideous manner. Well, if you can imagine that, then you can maybe grasp a little of what Uzumaki is like. Completely bizarre and ultimately unsettling, Uzumaki is Twin Peaks to the darkest, most inexplicable extreme. You will be avoiding spirals for weeks after seeing this.
